The service

Demo Receptionist Clinic provides an AI-assisted WhatsApp assistant that helps patients book appointments and get information about the clinic. By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

Appropriate use

The assistant is for booking and general clinic enquiries. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis or emergency care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

Accuracy

We aim to keep clinic information (hours, fees, doctors, services) accurate, but details may change. Appointment requests are confirmed by clinic staff and may be adjusted or declined based on availability.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when booking.
  • Do not send sensitive financial details over WhatsApp.
  • Use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
